| just fixed this, it will be in the 3.2.2 release which should be out with-in the next week. There was also a problem with the 'CanDelete', fixed that also.
I would post the changes here, but theres a few files which need editing and 3.2.2 will be out soon.

then I tried to manage the user rights for those users, but I couldn't find "user" from the available groups.

Any idea?  My MediaWiki version is 1.12 and AWC Forum version is 2.3
