Hi,
the example can be:
Admin page, Subtitle forum item: Příliš žluťoučký kůň
The result at forum page: PÅ™ÃliÅ¡ žluÅ¥ouÄký kůň
AWC 2.5.7
Tested both with IE and Firefox, the same results.
Strings localized through Language File admin interface are dispayed correctly.
