I have $wgParserCacheType = CACHE_NONE; set, if that's what you referring to.

In order for the forum tag to work, need to include the forum number in AdminCP
Cf_forumTag_whatforums_(AdminCP_Setting)
The forum ID numbers need to be set in the Admin settings. It defaults to 1 and #1 has been long ago deleted...

| You can put 0 for the Forum ID in the Admin Settings, so it will display every forum

The reason i keep using the same rar file is pure lazyness
In the main post of this thread there is a link to the page history which indicates when a new upload is ready along with the changes in that update along with the time and date.
http://wiki.anotherwebcom.com/index.php5?title=Current_Forum_Beta_Release&action=histo...
When i get time ill look into the "Whoes Here" problem, Tester.

| I very recently installed and updated to version 2.4.3, and would like to update to this beta version, but every time I do my forum goes blank. I copy the files over and go to the update page, run the update and it makes the database changes without errors. But when I go to the special page, it shows nothing at all, no menus of any kind, no forums. Just to try, I changed that cache variable that was mentioned somewhere in this thread, but that didn't change anything. I have tried installing from scratch a couple times, and cannot get it to work. Other than this beta version, all others work just fine. I would really like to try this out, as it has some features I am very interested in. Thanks.

| I dont know if your installing in Windows (IIS), but I get the same results. My windows 2.5.5 is blank, but my Linux 2.5.5 works great!

Bigred1521 can you post the server your using.
All testing ive done on my home server is with IIS-5 and the host here is Linux (cant rember what version).
Kenyu73.. if you have the time, can you PM all/any information about your IIS server... if there is a different URL/IP you access IIS compared to Linux, different ports, different wikis, anything you can think of and i will look into this.

Greetings, AWC. I just installed the new beta, eager to try it out. While the installation went almost effortlessly (turns out Safari 4 beta cannot click the "Update" button), I'm having some interface problems.
Forum version: 2.5 beta
Mediawiki version: 1.13.2
My problem is that some of the interface elements (borders, among other things) seem to have disappeared with the update, making the forums hard to read and use.
Pics or it didn't happen: [1]
Other than these problems, the latest update includes many wonderful functions. Thanks!

Hello Ayjona.
By looking at your forum, it looks like something happened while the 2.5 was importing your old CSS file.
Right now i do not have the time to look at the code, sorry.
When i do have the time, a .css import function can be made to fix this problem, but it will be some time before i can code again.
You can try and change the default CSS file in your AdminCP and see if it helps... the colors will be the default colors that came with the forum.
