Read Permissions (Admin Settings)

Quick notes for now...

If you do not select a group the forum will default the permissions to * (anonymous permission).

The forum group permissions work off an inherent hierarchy power system.

Forum(s) will inherent permissions from the category they reside in.
If you create a Category with only Sysops permission, all forums placed in this category will also carry the "Only Sysops" permission.

User group permissions work off the hierarchy system.

---Sysop
-----Forum:Admin
-------Forum:Mods

• Bureaucrat's have full access
  They can read and post no matter what group permissions are picked.

• Sysops have the same access as Forum:Admin and Forum:Mods
  If you select a forum with Forum:Admin read access only, Sysops and Bureaucrats will also beable to read the forum.
  If you create a forum with Sysops only permissions, Bureaucrats will have access, but Forum:Admin and Forum:Mods will not.

• Forum:Admin have the same access as Forum:Mods.
  If you create a forum with Forum:Mod access only, Forum:Admin, Sysops and Bureaucrat's will beable to read.

• Forum:Mod has same access as 'User'.

• User has same access as * (anonymous)
