General:
- Forum Tag <forum_info></forum_info> display forum info on any wiki page. Note: this is to be used in wiki-pages and not in forum threads.
- <wiki>Page Title</wiki> To be used in forum posts, will embed a wiki page into a post with full wiki editing of page and sections.

Admin:
- Able to add, edit & delete forums, forum catagories, threads and posts

- Setting/Giving permissions: Forum Admin and Moderators
- Able to create restricted categories and forums based on group permissions
- Three settings: Everyone, Admin or Admin/Mod
- Can set what groups can post, view, start threads
- Can view all forums including restricted
- Can make threads stickys/pinned

- Can make threads announcements
- Can lookup and edit User Sigs - through Admin CP
- Can modify 'Forum Config Settings' from within the Admin section, including:
- Length of thread titles listed in forums

- Length of threads title's displayed in forums 'Last Post' column
- How long thread titles can be.

- Can modify the 'Language file' from within the Admin section, including:
- Changing wording displayed with-in forum
- Change the display medium such as use of words or pictures (sticky as a word/picture of a sticky)
Moderator:
- Able to edit and delete posts/threads
- Able to move threads
- Able to lock or make threads stickys
- Can view moderator restricted forums/catagories
User/Member:
- Start new threads
- Post & edit there own post
- Adding signatures
